Walked down the canal today and saw some lads fishing but thought it must be saltwater. Put it in youtube and your right where he was fishing 🎣

Just watching this while having breakfast before another probably fishless day on “my” canal, which is fishing incredibly hard at the moment. Canals can be absolute 🤬s. Glad I’m not the only one struggling

I love Bude been there so many times and didn't realise that there was a canal there until I saw 1 of your videos, next time I am there I will definitely give it a try for a canal carp

There's some fantastic mullet fishing to be had there as well, fishing the incoming tide with a float rod and small pieces of bread. I never got to fish the carp in the canal when I was down there, wish I had done so.❤
