Hi Cameraman Cal, thank you for the work on the channel! I just wanted to share something that helped a lot with my back problems. I started doing planks every day, you can do them anywhere and in any clothes. As long as you keep it up, your spine will thank you, and you’ll build muscles that protect your back. You can start with your hands flat or at a slight angle if it hurts your back. Give it a try, mate!
