If you wrap a pellet band over your mainline, then put that under your clip, it cushions the cast and if you get a savage take it breaks pellet band, and doesn't damage your mainline.

Great to see yet another midweek video. The Carps save the day again. Thanks, Joe!

Feeder is my usual go to on my local ponds, cage feeder has its place in my box, my go to with cage feeders is to chuck a couple feeders full of my baits out and whip back before cranking, it gets a good bait bed in your swim brings in a feeding shoal for a while normally I end up with bream before anything else 😂

Knocking the bait over, standard operating procedure for feeder fishing 🤣. I would guess it's Carl

thankyou buddy for making another video so quickly. i truely love the way you present the way of fishing, good or bad, "its always good", and being alone and not at all healthy. i just wanted to say to you.... "thankyou, you make me smile, and enjoy every moment", it takes away the worries i have. dont under estimate how wonderful your fishing adventures are to watch. one day i hope, if still around, i will see you at the BIG ONE shows, ..... i did see you years ago. tooo shy to say "hello", even tho old. id love to meet you one day. you truly are such a genuine guy, and have a passion for fishing. excuse the overly long comment. one day id love to say hello, just to thank you.

Love a bit feeder fishing, worth mentioning that live bait in winter is deadly, use worms as well as maggots, use maggot feeder, chop some maggots, worms, casters, and u will build active swim very fast. 🎣

Haha, feeder fishing.  If you get it right it can be amazing.  I was always told recast every 5-10 minutes.  Thinking your match is with Carl. Good luck. 🎣
