  Korean writings are not "characters." They are a phonetic system of writing. Each block is a syllable with a combination of consonants and a vowel. Very precise and technical alphabet-like writing.

  I have been traveling to Tokyo and Seoul regularly since 90s. <br>I used to be exploring Tokyo during 90s and early 2000 but now I enjoy Seoul flair, vibe more. Japan seems to be standstill and remained in the same realm. Having said that Seoul evolved constantly which I found so fascinating to visit every time

  My hus and I lived in both cities for yrs. Both are great cities bustling with tourists. Personally, I think Tokyo feels more lively and fun if you’re visiting for a short trip like 4-5days. But for long-term living, Seoul feels far more modern and convenient. I also felt that Korean food is much more diverse and flavorful, whereas in Tokyo many dishes tend to be soysauce based or sushi. We loved Korean fried chickens of 20 different flavours and BBQS, namul, Samgyeopsal in particular. <br>From the perspective of someone who has lived in both cities for an extended period, the video felt a bit biased toward Japan, which might be a little disappointing for Koreans.Compating the Tokyo part, the Seoul section seemed rushed and lacked. only one or two or a couple of food were shown, and they didn’t even look very appealing. It gave the impression tht the creator might not know Seoul very well and just stopped by one tourist spot to quickly film something, relying mostly on existing info.plus the color grading in the video also felt a bit too strong.<br>Watching it, I can imagine that Korean watchers might feel disappointed, so I guess some of them came over to talk about it. You might need to visit Seoul again to fill in the gaps some day. :)

  한국인입니다. 한국에 핵심적인 관광지나 볼거리를 제대로 즐기지 못하신것같아서 안타까워요. 그래도 영상 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다. 도쿄도 좋아하는 도시중 하나예요. 여자들이라면 쇼핑을 위해 방문하는 경우가 많아요. 아기자기한 물건들도 많고 사진찍기 좋은 장소들이 많거든요. 반면에 서울은 정말 생활하기에 최적화된 엄청나게 편리한 도시입니다. 관광보단 정말 극강의 효율성과 편리함을 추구하는 도시라서, 다른 도시만큼 화려하진 않지만,,,아마 살면 살수록 서울만큼 살기좋은 도시가 없다고 느낄거예요. ㅎㅎㅎ 사람들도 크게 친절하거나 무례하거나 한쪽에 치우치지 않고, 그냥 담백합니다. 서울의 매력은 살수록 느껴지는거라 외국인의 눈으로는 당장 느껴지는게 없을것같아요. 그런데 아이러니 하게도 제가 가장 좋아하는 도시는 중국 상해입니다....ㅋㅋㅋ 도쿄는 한국인이 꾸준히 찾는 도시고, 상해는 붐업되서 젊은 사람들에게 요즘 핫한 도시같아요. 상해의 웅장함이 좋아서 가끔 놀러갑니다. 제가 본 중국사람들은 솔직했던거같아요. 간혹 기본예절이 부족한 사람들도 있지만, 속마음을 숨기지않고 화통해서 중국에선 관광하며 눈치보는일도 적었습니다. 일본은 깔끔하고 친절하지만 조금 눈치를 보게되는 도시라서 생활을 할 자신은 없고 어쩌다 리프레쉬로 가기 좋은것같아요. 아시아권에서 생활해야한다면 상해나 쿠알라룸프르, 그리고 서울을 선택할거같아요.

  As a Korean liveing In Seoul, I strongly recommend bicycle riding along the Han river. &nbsp;The load only for bicycle was bulit for 30 miles along the Han river.
