  Seeing Colorado combine sand dunes, snowy mountains, and huge forests in one state completely caught me off guard. Which landscape or road trip best represents your part of America, and what should a first-time visitor experience there?

  You cannot go into the hot springs in Yellowstone. It will get you either dead or arrested. Those springs are not like a hot tub. The temperatures are 87 C. It can take your flesh off. The other hot springs may seem cool enough to step into, but the water comes up from underground and the spring suddenly is no longer safe. There are boardwalks that take you safely through the areas. Stepping off them, can get you arrested.

  I think many of us are aware of the beauty around us (around <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3554KCgY5Uk&amp;t=620">10:20</a>). &nbsp;We often say America the beautiful and are accused of arrogance by those who have not been here. There are a lot of sights here that are the only place they&apos;re found in the world. &nbsp;This video barely scratches the surface.

  You do not want to bathe in the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone, one it&apos;s highly acidic and second the temperature is around 87 Celsius

  Can’t believe he didn’t include Yosemite, Seqouia , and the Redwood Forest. Not to mention the Bristlecone Pines which are the oldest living trees on earth at around 5,000 years old

  I&apos;m 63 years old now and have been traveling since 8 years old. I live in Wisconsin and I have only been to 15 states and Ontario Canada (seen all 5 Great Lakes on one summer trip 🙂). Haven&apos;t been able to visit the Southwest or Northwest, Alaska, or Hawaii. You can spend a lifetime exploring the wonders of the US.
