  Once you learn the fondamentals of rock paper scissor and know a bit the moveset of every hero (like in any fighting game), I think the best thing for a player is to focus on the neutral game : knowing when to light, GB neutral and other option.   One tip I think new players should know, on top of what others have said, be patient. <br><br>Be patient in duels, battles and learning. There will be times where you get your ass beat, there will be times you demolish people, but in both it is always good to be patient. It lets you watch your opponents and see what they do, let&apos;s you see what works for your own match up, and let&apos;s you flow with the tempo, and let&apos;s you set it accordingly to your character’s playstyle

  Exactly like you said. <br><br>half the knowledge is knowing your character and then knowing the Enemy you are fighting’s Kit. The next biggest is FEINTING and then Knowing how to PUNISH the enemy once they make a mistake. SBMM is a also a thing so once your good at the game it will soon punish you for<br>It.
