菰田先生の路線に賛成！ 実は、フォルクスのボロネーゼ・スパゲティがこの手の生めんを使っているんですが、手打ちうどんのようなコシがあって、私は昔から好きでした。中華料理のコクのある麺にしても絶品かと思います。
