  This video popped up for me 5 days before my scheduled hysterectomy. I'm 50 and have been suffering for about 4 years.  I didn't know what it was.  My last cycle was so bad it was like my uterus was vomiting.  I pray for those suffering that you will find relief.

  This disease is hell !!! I am so exhausted from the anemia and the pain is too much I can barely walk. The swelling is pushing on my nerves and I am off balance :( I just want it out.

  I was diagnosed with adenomyosis about a year ago and apart from the period pains, I experience constant back pain 3 weeks out of 4 weeks in a month and it gets very severe during the week of my period. The pain goes from my mid spine to my lower back. It is terrible. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

  I had my hysterectomy for it, my uterus was 170 grams instead of 50 grams. It was the best decision of my life:

  Without any surgery i got my pain and heavh bleeding reduced. Drink lot of water, do walk each day and take good food. And there were ayurveda medicine i used from agada ayurveda hospital in kochi kerala

  Thank you!  Doctors have been telling me to take painkillers like candies, and were laughing when I said I don't want to take them all the time and what you said about the body gaining tolerance, just proves that our grandmas were right

  I have been diagnosed with Adenomyosis  for about a year now, my doctor only option was a hysterectomy. My symptoms consist of lower back pain, lower abdominal pressure and bloating. No bleeding. Even though I just turned 52 and of course I don’t plan  on having anymore children, I do not want a hysterectomy 😢

  Thank you. I have been complaining for a few years that I feel bloated and full and my abdomen is bulging.😢  this is crazy, ridiculous, and sad....
