It’s ironic that the negative commenters would never say how having that extra 120 pounds on was detrimental to your health and that the food you were eating was what they call poison but they criticize you after you’ve done an awesome job and look fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I am 2 years on Ozempic, and now Mounjaro. I am a physician, and had a significant metabolic syndrome: Glucose intolerance, High BP, High cholesterol, deteriorating kidney function, developing a sensory neuropathy. Over 2 years, I lost 85 lbs. Everything normalized - - BP, Glucose, HgA1C, Cholesterol and lipids, kidney function. Really my only negative was losing muscle bulk. I am now walking 5 mi a day, and cycling 100 miles a week and am doing well.

I plan on telling people "I didn't realize all the weight I was carrying was the weight of your opinion, thank goodness I got rid of that." People are so judgmental and will always pick on people that are doing the change because they are unhappy and unwilling to change themselves.

Tirzepatide is life changing for people with insulin resistance. Totally life changing. You will never feel as good as you do once this med fixes your hormones and blood sugar level. Insane that they told us obesity was laziness when science showed us it isn't

“They would rather me be 120 pounds heavier” is so true. They’re threatened by you changing.

My cousin had someone ask her if she was taking glp1’s because apparently they consider it “cheating.” She said, “Imagine that—a medical treatment for a medical condition.”

I tend not to tell others because they can be so judgmental.

This is my 1st day. I am on the Wegovy Pills. 1.5 mg. My husband is the only one I'm telling. I know my kids will all have their opinions and am not interested. I'm 60 and your advice has been very helpful. Thank you.

I wish I would have found your channel sooner. I'm on year 3 and it has been so life changing. I am down 160lbs.

I’ve brought a sewing machine and taught myself to alter my clothes! It’s been great, as I had loads to practice on and they’d have been thrown  away or donated anyway, so it was worth taking the risk and now I’m really good at it 😃

When I was losing weight, I found a woman’s shelter and took 3 big boxes of clothes there. It was so rewarding. Instead of giving it to a big company to make a profit, I actually saw women there who came out to the car where I was talking to show me what fit.  They were so excited to have clothes to go to job interviews

Good job. I went on Mounjaro after a Type 2 diagnosis at 64. I had been walking and golfing and lifting weights as much as my arthritis would allow. The Mounjaro alleviated my arthritis within a day , I joined Planet Fitness started serious workouts and would be considered a Super Responder where I lost 60 Lbs. in 5 months and never titrated above 5 mg. I was the opposite I wanted to titrate slower so I the meds would last longer. I track all nutrition. It is the best I have felt since my teens. On Medicare as a Type 2 currently I pay $11 a month for my Mounjaro. For those of us who respond it is a miracle drug. Saved my life.
