Great video.  As a former playing professional I would add one more thing; stay in the moment   Example: in one event I had made six birdies in a row, on the 7th hole I found myself in the middle of the fairway off the tee  - 190 to the hole - on a par 5, and said to myself “wow, I’m going to at least make 7 birdies in a row”   Before I knew it I was trying to get up & down to save par    Okay to plan but only think about the shot at hand.

This is one of the best, if not THE best, videos about "how to play better golf".  Excellent content, superb presentation!

Loved your video although I’m a senior golfer who started golf when 70 years old and some things seem a little to hard for me to bring in practice. I love the ‘ball-stick’ game and consider it tho most mentally challenging activity in my life. For me the insight that lowered my scores is that every shot counts. Every shot teaches you and every shot gives you a chance for glory or a great score. If I miss hit after a great T-shot I know I was to eager to make the birdy but I have a great chance to practice my bunker shot in play😁

One good thing that may take pressure off you (I’m a high pressure guy, but ultimately I just love striking and the quest to strike a golf ball solid…) is if you hit a good shot, obviously that’s the reward, in itself, but if you don’t, it’s the opportunity to hit another kind of shot well.  It keeps you in THAT moment.  I like you, Brother, appreciate your temperament, and humility.  Good video.

DECADE golf says take 10% of your distance to the green as your shot dispersion pattern.  For my 7-iron at 150, that's 15 yds diameter dispersion, or 7.5 yds left of target and right of target.  Set the target as close to the flag as you can so 100% of your pattern still fits on the green.  There are other modifiers, but just remember that 10% of the distance into the green is your dispersion (modify as required).

As a high handicap golfer, my priorities are usually: no 3 putts and only 3 lost balls. &nbsp;<br>If I do that, I feel like I’ve had a good day.

I really enjoy your videos. My first was never rush again, I still watch Fred Couples almost every day! An acronym that I use for my pr.e shot routine is SLEW. Stance. Lie. Elevation. Wind. &nbsp; I&apos;ve adopted your think, feel, play box model. Thanks!
