the fact that he sees this as "a difficult time they both went through" and not "the most horrible thing i have ever done" tells us everything we need to know

If Ariel wants to secure the bag by roasting & letting her ex-cheating of a husband humiliate himself in the process, so be it

I feel like Ariel went on this podcast because she didn't want him to control the narrative and she didn't want him speaking for her. We all know he would have tried to spin it in a way to make him look better- she knows that better than any of us too. She's smart- she didn't let him get away with this obvious attempt to reestablish his image

It's icky that he still calls her "Ariel Fulmer"
It's icky that he used their shared family YouTube channel and deleted all their videos so his podcast would be closer to monetization
It's icky that he was head of HR when the affair happened
It's icky he calls it a scandal while she calls it an affair
It's icky that his connections with the writers is allegedly is the reason for the SNL skit taking his side
It's icky that he resents being the wife guy yet he pigeon holed himself into that
It's icky that if you go back in the try guy videos he starts to talk about how his marriage isn't as good as it used to be around the time of the affair and he really insinuates his children are the reason for that (he originally pressured Ariel into having kids so soon)

    Ned says "scandal"
Ariel says, "Your affair."
That's all I needed to hear.

I'm happy for this ONLY because Ariel said her peace that she didn't take him back, she's not with Ned, shes only seen with him because they have kids they have to co-parent and she's happy offline. Good for you Ariel! That's probably the only reason Ariel agreed to this to just get the internet to shut up and leave her alone and set the record straight.
Then she let him EMBARASS himself in this podcast. A podcast, I'm assuming will only have the one episode because what idiot would go on this "show" to talk to Ned I cheated on my wife Fulmer. 😂 Ned is laughable at this point.

Her telling him to his face that she doens't forgive him is so satisfying. I bet she only said yes to this so she could blast him for everyone to see.

I love how she let him embarrass himself like this

He kept trying to compare their pain, as if they suffered equally due to some mutual scandal.

He ruined their family, HE did this to her.

The only appropriate thing for him to say in response to her pain would be, "I'm so sorry that I did this horrible thing to you, and I will never be able to fully understand the pain and suffering I've caused you." But he doesn't say that. It's so frustrating.
