  Honestly i dont hate scenecore kids, i used to be one before i became scene, i just think scenecore should be renamed to kandicore or colourpunk or smth like that that fits them better and would just keep us at peace

  scene is about fashion & music based (with the inclusion of ideals/politics since it comes from the hardcore scene) it’s a common misconception that music doesn’t matter when in fact scene literally means the music scene/hardcore scene. music like deathcore, sasscore, trancecore, screamo, emotional hardcore, cybergrind etc

  im scenemo but i genuinely think that scenecore needs a new name. im not exactly against it but it's just so people outside of these subcultures dont get them mixed lol

  Thank you for bringing this to light! Im a scenecore person and the harshness of SOME scene kids piss me OFFFFFF. yes, scene qas built around vanity hence why they were so harsh, but that doesn&apos;t mean they need to bully a group of kids to be more scene :( why cant we just be friendz

  I just remember me being old scene kid we were broke I went to thrift stores got old neon tank tops, leggings belts ect and made most my stuff we didn’t have jobs yet if I got to go to hot topic is was on my birthday. &nbsp;I don’t care if ppl say they are scene I’m not gait keeping it’s just weird with all the consumerism seeing labooboos with gir and tons of bought trinkets on a bag
