Very informative video. I am curious how the market looks for buyers of new construction homes? In my observation, it appears builders are becoming desperate for new build buyers - and they are hesitant on building "spec" homes and risking being stuck with them after they are finished. I would appreciate a response with your opinion. If new builds has slowed down a lot, sub-contractors will be affected. And if this is correct, will it spill into 2027 in your opinion? Thanks, In advance!
