  Y'all must have a garbage Texas Roadhouse because the Texas Roadhouse here is beyond greatness. By far one of if not the best restaurants for steak hands down!

  Yall have a bad Texas Roadhouse. I go to mine, over everyone else, because the steaks are so highly seasoned. Most places I ask for extra seasoning on my steak, not there. It’s perfectly seasoned every time.

  Honestly the entrees are amazing. You should try some in the restaurant. Every single time I’ve gone the entrees are always suuuper seasoned and everything tastes great!

  The seasoned rice and the green beans are my two favorite sides. Love their rolls with that cinnamon butter, and I like the smothered chicken with cheese and gravy 😋

  Former Texas Roadhouse prep cook here. I have five notes:<br>1. The sauce for the cactus blossom goes well with damn near everything on the menu.<br>2. The rolls were the biggest perk of working there.<br>3. The rattlesnake bites are a <b>pain in the ass</b> to make. Not because you have to dredge and batter them all individually, but draining the jalapenos produced an artisinal tear gas, just as piquant as the horse radish.<br>4. All sauces and gravies are made in house; some of them are simple, but the biggest pain in the ass was the blossom sauce, and it was worth it. See the above issue with tear gassing the kitchen.<br>5. I actually really like the roadkill. It is particularly bomb when consumed with a double order of seasoned rice and a 40 oz bottle of malt liquor.<br>ADDENDUM: You also most likely have a shitty Texas Roadhouse. It is a chain restaurant after all, and one of the biggest issues with such businesses is that the management is not consistent. The entire time I worked there, corporate never dropped in to make sure everyone was doing things as they were supposed to.

  I went to the Eugene Oregon location after my high school reunion down there and it was a great place. The service was above the call of duty and their ribeye food was amazing, especially the red chili!
