Babish you are so much better than using AI for thumbnails , you work with so mant funny and talented people and it would be far funnier if it was photobashed together by human hands in photoshop than ai 😭😭

When I was growing up, this dish earned its little pepper icon on the menu, but at some point, it shifted, and every Chinese place around gives me a version that is devoid of spice, basically sesame chicken without the seeds.

I used to work in an Asian fusion place and the number one item everyone ordered was the General Tso's. It all came from my station and I'd serve hundreds of plates of it a night. It got so bad I promised I'd never eat it again, however that was six years ago, and weirdly enough I've come back around on it.
