I feel like this format would be really interesting if we went from most expensive to least and worked out how to keep as much of the expensive dish's profile as possible as went cheaper.

When i make $10 spahgetti i take the pasta water and shake it in the sauce jar to loose all the sauce before i dump it all into the noodles.
