Gave away a case of unopened mixed oils (olive, palm, walnut, coconut, and avocado) to neighbors who use it. I felt soooo liberated last week. *(Week before, I donated my frozen meats to food pantry.) One day at a time...easier and easier to commit to plant strong/plant perfect. Thank you folks!!!!!

I am a breast cancer survivor, have just had a hysterectomy due to being loaded with tumors on my uterus, and my cholesterol - i just found out- is sky high :( ... OK, universe, I get it....now I am becoming vegan! Thank you for all your informative videos! They have become invaluable to me as I begin my vegan journey.

I discovered your channel some weeks ago after I started reading Dr. Esseltyn's book. Obese, high BP, Diabetes. I'm all in and have been following the plan for six weeks after transitioning for about 2 weeks. No oil, meat or fish, dairy, nuts, eggs, egg whites(has a face or mother or poops), no salt and I'm down 9 pounds plus my blood sugar numbers have dropped to normal. BP is really good. Still on my meds until my docs say I'm good. Thank God I found this information and your channel. Never realized how easy this would be to switch to this lifestyle. Love your channel!
