  Love the idea of players having agendas that they are pushing without the Warden having to know about them.

  I didn't consider the idea of letting players pick a secret agenda at random and will probably incorporate it ! So far, I only handed out a few specific ones to players who enjoy having more complexity and things to track in their game. Great idea to also have some more unpredictability/fun as warden during the game !

  Something I've struggled with is keeping tension (narratively) in combat. How do you keep track of HP, wound tables, NPCs, armor, creature special abilities... all while moving at a pace that doesn't let the players settle in? Are there any tricks beyond familiarizing yourself with the stat block?

  I think there has been a big trend to trifolds which is great for concise writing and focus on layout useful to GMs/Guides/Andrews BUT I haven&apos;t seen a trifold yet that doesnt need (for me) significant additional work to have the cognitive load be reasonable when Im running the game. I would like to see a shift to having products that a far more ready to run. Short A5 booklets or something.
