  My niece was almost 3 and she was very close to my aunt. My aunt was battling breast cancer and we all knew she was not going to make it through. We were all together for a family cookout and my aunt asked her to read a book. Britney, my niece, said she wanted to read the book with the man that has holes in his hands. She was never shown the Bible or pictures of the crucifix. My aunt asked her who was the man she was talking about and she just kept saying he’s my best friend. Until that point my aunt struggled so bad with losing her battle and knowing she was dying. It gave a peace and I will never be convinced it wasn’t exactly what she needed and when she needed it. She passed about a month later.

  My mum passed some years ago. In the first instance, i think your body clock goes off kilter for a while-cant sleep/eat etc. So I was in that phase and my cousin was dying at the time, too. One night-as I was awake at about 2am and sat downstairs watching TV, I saw a shadow walk through my living room, and knew it was my cousin. He had suffered with liver failure, so his torso had been v distended. But what I saw was a slim man-back to who he had been. I spoke and asked why he was there-he should be in hospital. And he stopped walking and just looked at me. I didn&apos;t say anything else and he continued walking until he disappeared. That didn&apos;t freak me-what did was that 5mins later, there was a knock at my door! I left &nbsp;them to knock again before chancing opening it. It was another cousin in tears-this ones sister. She didn&apos;t have to tell me-I knew because I&apos;d just seen him.

  My father-in-law always wore cowboy boots. He passed at 52. Years later, I woke up around 7am. My wife and granddaughter the only other people in the house. Wide awake getting ready to get up, and I &nbsp;clearly hear boots walk through the kitchen and start down the hall. Stopped about where my wife, his daughter, slept. No fear. Just got up and looked out on an empty hall. Everyone else sound asleep.

  That family one is creepy. Just because they give to charity doesn’t mean they are not evil. They could just be good at public relations and maintaining a good face.

  The family photo story reminds me of something you’d find out of “Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark”. Horrifying.

  Sometimes “bad things happen inside nice homes”<br><br>Just because a family looks great from the outside looking in, doesn’t mean that behind closed doors things are wholesome and loving.

  That family photo is so creepy. It puts me in the mind of how the demons&apos; faces changed slightly right in front of Charlize Theron&apos;s character in Devil&apos;s Advocate (movie).

  I have a ghost photo. I was working at an insurance company like 10 years back (Citizens Property Ins Corp) in the commercial residential property dept, like condo associations and stuff.<br><br>ANYWAY! I was doing my job and looking through a claim and stumbled onto some photos taken inside a condo unit when I saw this one taken of a bedroom. The person taking the photo was standing in front of the doorway to the room facing straight and directly in front was a formica dresser with the mirror on top (like back in the 90s type furniture) but in the mirror there was a man in what looked like a tuxedo, I could make out a bow tie, the lappel and like a cumberbun around his midsection. He was..... Um....<br> Calorie dense his face was a bit grabled. I WISH i could post pics here. I snipped it and have kept it with me since then. Its been like 15 yrs &nbsp;that Ive had this pic. And I pull it out now and then just to make sure I am not a lunatic and I&apos;m actually seeing what I&apos;m seeing.

  Growing up I was convinced we had ghosts floating around our house. I’ll never forget my mom telling me to not be afraid and to tell them it’s ok to go to the light. She said they were likely lost and needed our help finding their way.
