  Walking is so busted. Even if it didnt have cardiovascular/calorie burning benefits, it just feels good mentally to go outside for a reason other than to go to another building

  My father was a professional sprinter in the 90&apos;s, achieved silver on Ukraine&apos;s 100m in 1989 <br>And to do that he just worked out 3 times a day, every single day of the week, while eating enough for him to be full, since there was no &quot;bad food&quot; in my country at all. He was a professional athlete, so he was going to the gym aswell, and he did all the normal things you&apos;ve told in this video. It&apos;s honestly amazing that you have such a normal opinion on most of the things I consider great and honestly right to do or think about, so keep it up bro!
