I love Punjabi and Maharashtrian food, Some recipes are made using similar way, like sarso sag are made, in Vidarbha Ambadi Bhaji is made in the same way, corn flour is added to mustard greens, in Maharashtra jowar aata is added, The tadka is similar and the maize roti or jowar roti
