  As a meat eater from Scotland, Indian cuisine is by far my favourite, meaning even if it is vegan or vegetarian I will whole heartedly savour.  I try many restaurants and try many dishes,  ut never in my life will I experience the true, authentic, traditional cuisine. It makes me sad, as I can not medically travel, but the pure joy I have when watching folk experience the culture and tradition and food in the country of origin makes me so happy. And so my journey through Westernised Indian restaurants will continue until I find a fully authentic Indian restaurant to hopefully try all these incredibly delicious looking dishes! Thank you for taking us on this journey, and showing us the people behind it all.

  I’m a Tibetan born and raised in Karnataka State. South Indian cuisine is so unique and their food preparation method is one of the cleanest yet tastiest in wholeIndia. I’m visiting Bangalore in few days after 5 years and you just got me so exited. Also we have few Tibetan refugee settlements in Karnataka too. I really wish you visit one too.<br>Namma Karnataka ❤

  Joel laughing @ Mark&apos;s classic 1st bite head gesture is pure gold @ <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ToSJ1Xfw_PE&amp;t=610">10:10</a>.<br>Us long time fans know that Mark does the head gesture when he first bites something every time.We can hear audio &amp; just know he&apos;s gonna do his signature move.Same w Joel,he wasn&apos;t even looking @ mark but knew the face that Mark makes when he takes that first bite.<br>He couldn&apos;t hold back his laugh.<br>Pure Gold.<br>Classic Mark.

  In our country India, we have 30 different cultures in 30 different states, for us Indians also this difference is so recognisable, I am a Bengali from Kolkata, West Bengal, but lives in Bengaluru for last 2 years, even I find this differentiation of culture and food so immense, but still abled to mix into it
