  Hi friends, I am so glad I had the chance to interview Musician, Composer and video game music composer Mick Gordon all the way from Australia! <br>Mick has composed and produced music for an amazing list of video games including Doom, Need For Speed, Killer Instinct, Marvel Super Hero Squad, Wolfenstein, and many more! He is an incredibly kind and insightful person, and we got the chance to talk about his composition process, music production for video games, networking, and all sorts of music and game-related topics!   I am big fan of Mick Gordon the composer and Mick Gordon the person<br>I don&apos;t know him personally but he has such a unique character and way about him! He is great with fans of his work on social media and I learn more with every release he puts out. His work inspires me to think outside of the box and to focus on the &quot;Point&quot; of my production! As a big fan of Video game OST&apos;s his work makes me freak out! Dynamic soundtracks are the future! - Excellent Interview!!

  Mick Gordon reminds me of a quote from Futurama that Bender makes about Beck: &quot;He transcends genres even as he redefines them.&quot; That is what Mick Gordon does, he transcends genres while creating shining examples of genre specific styles. Doom&apos;s soundtrack is a masterpiece.

  I think Mick is just by far not only one of the coolest guys, but also one of the best composers in video games along side Jeremy Soule from the elder scrolls series. These guys answer questions and don&apos;t act like they&apos;re better then normal people even though they are a big deal. Really awesome when great creator&apos;s are humble and just a regular person that doesn&apos;t mind talking about they&apos;re work
