Honestly, first time seeing one of your videos & I wanted to let you know I'm subscribing specifically because you're one of few youtube woodworkers that actually talks about the need to finish every part of the board, even parts no one will ever see, to even out wood explansion/contraction.

That weight of desk is why we need to build houses with really strong floors. A pool table, an x-large bath, a teenage dance party, a waterbed, or a darned heavy desk .. the floors we build in our houses need to be ready for anything.
