  This is the third sourdough bagel recipe that I tried after two failed attempts with previous recipes . They turned out great thanks to your detailed instructions. I highly recommend everybody to try this recipe.

  I made these just as you did and then cooked up some smash burgers and onions on the black stone griddle... epic! &nbsp;Thank you for the recipe

  This is my first time into the world of sourdough. Began my starter 1 month ago, and during that time I watched your video a handful of times to make sure I didn’t miss anything.<br><br>I finally made it the other day and it turned out amazing for my first time.   I followed recipe to the letter. Its 3° in STL this weekend so I put shaped rings on cookie sheets then covered in warm hall bathroom to rise. Instead of the larger size I weighed out 76g sections and made smaller ones. Turned out perfectly at 3.5&quot; diameter.
