It's now one of our favorite dishes for cozy weekends and relaxed dinners. 🥰🍽️ #cooking #recipes #beef #dinner #simpleanddelicious 📜 Ingredients: 220 g bacon 1.5 kg beef 3 medium-sized carrots 1 onion 500 g mushrooms 2-3 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp flour 12 pearl onions 500 ml red wine 800 ml meat broth 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 stock cube 2 bay leaves 3 sprigs of thyme Parsley salt and pepper Ingredients for rosemary mashed potatoes: 2-3 potatoes 80 g butter (1/3 cup) 2 sprigs of rosemary 2 cloves of garlic 80 ml or 1/3 cup milk or light cream 📝 Preparation: 1. 00:00 Fry chopped bacon until golden brown and place in a separate bowl. 2. 00:50 Cut the meat into 2-3 cm cubes and fry in batches in the same bacon oil until golden brown.
