No, no, no! The Norwegian school lunch is not like this anymore. It used to be like that up until the 90s, maybe. You must have asked one of the most boring people, someone who just went with a lazy and sad old tradition. Well, I do understand why, because there are no rules since the kids don't get lunch provided at school but bring it from home. The only 'rule' is that you can’t have typical sweet toppings, and both fruit and vegetables are recommended.Very few, if any, use wax paper at school anymore. They keep their food in plastic lunchboxes. This is exactly what reveals that this man doesn't have children himself, or that he is simply living in the past and not keeping up with the times. He might make his own packed lunches like that, but today there is far greater variety when it comes to school food for kids. What if he bothered to do a little research instead of just going by what exists in his own little world? Or maybe it was just an old stereotype he was chasing. But I’m glad they liked it❤️ but we usually eat one slice , or a double at the time when we make sandwiches.

Excuse me, but who prepared this Ukrainian borscht? It bears no resemblance to the original recipe. First of all, I don't see any greens—there’s no dill or parsley; where are the aromatic herbs? Secondly, where is the pork? How can it be borscht without meat? It needs that fatty richness, and the flavor should be slightly sweet thanks to the meat and herbs. And thirdly, why do you call borscht a "soup"?

Americans have no reason to whine about European kids school lunches. Their food is way healthier and it's traditional to each country.
