  I became emotional so I understand, I used to work at one of the anchor stores (Higbee&apos;s) in the beauty salon. <br>This was very early on in the heyday of the mall. Was supposed to be one of the biggest malls in the country. <br>Great memories. <br>A great time to be alive.

  when folks say they don&apos;t get how someone can have feelings over a building.. its not the building its the memories and fact that they&apos;re disappearing..

  I used to work at the Amazon that now sits where the Euclid Mall was. Everyone would get nose bleeds and breathing issues, I wonder if it&apos;s from left over mold?<br><br>Everyone I worked with used to work at a Starbuck&apos;s, a department store, or a pizza shop, or nail salon. The stark contrast between what used to be a social center, to now a place where you&apos;re not allowed to leave your small station to interact with your co-workers. <br><br>I&apos;m sure many people are thankful that some type of jobs moving in to take the place of the mall, but the stories I have of how badly Amazon takes advantage of the working class is sickening. <br><br>Love the video though.

  This must be an old video. &nbsp;Randall Park Mall has been gone for almost 10 years. &nbsp;It&apos;s now an Amazon &quot;fulfillment&quot; center, and the area has a lot more economic vitality.

  I know what you mean about malls being the factory of shame. &nbsp;I also grew up raised by a single mom of many children, &nbsp;so little money there was just barely enough food. <br> &nbsp; The mall was a place you went to see what you couldn&apos;t have. &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; My mum ended up wealthy tho. She loved to spend her money in little retail shops. Keeps our small town alive she&apos;d said. <br> &nbsp; She&apos;s gone now. Our little shops miss her too.

  I really miss Randall Park Mall, tho I hated Dillard’s I used to love shopping with my mom at the different department stores like sears… I can still smell the scent of leather and I used to see my reflection in the floor. I miss how all the stores we’re interconnected

  Thought it was a LITTLE weird how attached buddy was to that mall, but there was something kind of innocent and nostalgic about it. Then he came back later with the home made ghost hunter gear and demon expertise ... 😑
