Hey there, I'm Ray! I've gone from childhood beekeeper's son to a Certified Master Beekeeper via the University of Florida Master Beekeeper Program.... and it took me just 50 years to get there! My beekeeping journey began in the 1970s on our family's Honey Top Farm in Vermont, where I learned alongside my dad. Moving South and starting my own apiary in SC brought new challenges, deepening my commitment to understanding bees. Now, through Honey Top Bees in Chapin, SC, I love helping fellow beekeepers on their path via my online courses, mentoring, this YouTube channel, and public speaking. Every time in the apiary, I learn something new!
