Hi, I'm watching you from Russia with a translator. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this in the comments, but Danny DeVito voiced Lorax in five languages: English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Russian. This fact alone makes me wonder how much Danny loved the character. In my country, Lorax also speaks with Danny's voice. It's absolutely amazing.

And he destroyed the home of his potential friends for the relatives who could never love him unconditionally. It's quite often happens in real life when people don't care about those who are truly kind to them for nothing but try so hard to gain the love of those who set endless conditions for approval.
