Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka are popular, but they're just a small part of Japan. Getting lost while casually riding trains might be fun. Just be careful of bears.

Japan's train network is fascinating; you can find affordable accommodation in the local area roughly every four stations. It is ideal for Western travelers who prefer a leisurely pace. However, the number of railway lines being shut down is set to increase rapidly in the near future. Now is the time to go.

I love your vibe and your attachment to Japan. You guys should be Nagano ambassadors! Great contents. I’d love to see how you explore the Izu Line in Izu and Shimoda, and the Enoden Line in Kamakura and Enoshima. I especially liked Roy's photo as it captures Nagano's autumn so naturally and beautifully.
