Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and I'm sitting down with a glass of homemade Coquito (a coconut milk-spiced rum-condensed milk "holiday" drink from my Caribbean homeland) to watch your walk through. An hour of your planty company will help me forget the fact that I now live "up north" and winters here are cold and much-too-quiet. I hope you have a beautiful year ahead, Fern. Here's to a spectacular 2026, full of resilience and growth!

Ooh, a new episode!  Your collection’s recovered so well.  Great job!  Oh and …. Gurrrrllll … I was watching one of your episodes where you said that you’d never before experienced so many hoyas blooming in your collection.  Then, I watched another episode where you said that you’ve essentially moved from being an underwaterer to an overwaterer because of your new sprayer thingy.  And, something CLICKED.  I’ve switched watering my hoyas from once a week to twice: first watering is the usual quantity with the usual tiny bit of Superthrive in the water and the second one is a small sippity sip with just plain water.  And guess what???  I’m getting tons of new growth AND peduncles everywhere.  What the helly, Fern!  Thank you so so much for inspiring the change.
