Conductors of Magic is actually really freaking strong. Anything that increases sigh intensity, adrenaline, AND weapon damage, all feed into sign damage.

About Metamorphosis: Specifically it draws from the deconcoctions you have in your inventory right now, meaning you can adjust it using the chest. On top of that, picking up the last skill for light attacks that causes bleeding on every hit is outright busted with this as it counts as a critical effect. Literally every attack triggers a deconcotion

Conductors of Magic should probably be #3 or even #2

Euphoria combined with Troll decoction, you can have max toxicity without losing health

Of course Euphoria is #1. Was much more interested in what you had to say about the other mutations. Been using adrenaline rush in a Wolven set sign/sword build. Absolute blast.

You can counter attack many monsters. Wolves, Drowners, nekkers, ghouls, etc. So that mutation is useful for humans and the monsters that you fight 90% of the time

The Toxic Blood mutation has been buffed since this video was made - it now deals 3% of the damage dealt to you back to the enemy per point of toxicity. So if you manage to get your toxicity up to 200 (which my Viper build does), Toxic Blood is reflecting 600% of the damage you take back onto the attacker. Enemies end up breaking themselves on you because the harder they hit, the harder Toxic Blood hits back. And to get to that 200 toxicity, you run 4 decoctions and won't have room for any potions - decoctions focused on getting your health back so you can take more hits and deal more damage with Toxic Blood on top of the damage you deal directly with your sword, which can also get very high (although of course not Cat high). Troll, Ekimmara, and Ekhidna all work to get your health back, and you can choose Water Hag or Leshen depending on your preference for the 4th. Leshen doesn't really add much so Water Hag is probably the better option. To get to 200 toxicity, you need Acquired Tolerance to give you 71 or more toxicity, and you also need to use Metabolic Control. Or use the Manticore gear set to get above 200. Don't use Heightened Tolerance with this though, it doesn't do anything for this build. You'll always be overdosing and you'll always be offsetting overdose damage with Troll decoction. And also, since you'll never use potions, you can keep food in your hotbar for even faster passive health regen on top of Troll decoction. This isn't to say that Toxic Blood is now the best mutation, but it's really good and really fun if you pair it with the right build. Bear is too tanky to do this effectively (doesn't take much damage so it doesn't reflect much back), Cat is too squishy (just can't take the hits well enough to make it work), but Viper and Manticore can both make it work. I prefer Viper. Viper has much better damage resistances and it's just the right level of tanky to pull it off, and I like the Viper gear way better anyway.

Favorite right now is a full Griffin set magic sensibilities sign build with entanglement. Yrden magic trap is really fun to use. Quick sign casting too.

Metamorphosis is quite OP on a sign build, easily grants you all decoction buffs in a few seconds, continual regen depending on your crafted decoctions, plus you rarely have to use potions anymore. damage wise, if you're going signs on metamorph, you don't have to bother with further increasing sign intensity since you're doing percent damage from aard, yrden and igni burns which finishes foes easily, disables foe movement, and you can just use quen to return high damage back at foes or another way to regain health. Euphoria just goes all damage, too reliant on decoctions and potions, it's quite bad for a sign build, but a must try on a melee severance build. piercing cold needs adrenaline now on its build now, and magic sensibilities' weakness is survivability if you don't have quen up at all times, and the magic crits on sign use feels weak since the main damage source from igni comes from the burning critical effect and not the wave of fire nor the flamethrower alt sign cast, the zap from yrden's alt casting, and adjusted damage on aard's percent based damage.

Euphoria is still broken, i agree with this. On my 2nd playthrough now. I didn’t know that I need to farm another witcher gear and they have title legendary on it until I found the feline silversword diagram when i was doing Philipa mission. <br><br>I’ve been fighthing monster or human 20 levels above me and I thought it was because I’m playing death march difficulty. <br><br>It’s getting boring when you are to overpower, <br><br>just drink 2 - 3 decoctions to increase your euphoria stats (<br>—-> stack the Aerondight damage —> Freeze the enemy with northern wind —> do the maximum rend. No matter how high the enemy levels are. You can probably one hit him with a single rend. <br><br>Now I’m playing with Bloodbath instead. It’s more fun and challenging as you need to keep avoiding enemies from damaging you.
