  For cryin' out loud, get an A.I. that knows how to pronounce things like "Focaccia", "Ciabatta" or "Souffle'!

  The "tip" about when to order desert makes no sense to me.  It seems if you order desert with the rest of the meal then it would would be prepared earlier than if ordered after eating the meal, thus being exposed to the dreaded cool-down waiting period.  If the desert were ordered after the meal, it would arrive fresher off the prep line.   The kitchen has no way to know what any table will order for desert prior to placing the order, which would be a requirement for the video AI logic's assertion that after meal ordering of desert results in a cooled down stale desert.

  These are important hacks.  On a recent cruise to Alaska in concierge class, with family we got a family table with the same waiters each night.  They got to know us.  One night I was torn between the lobster and the beef Wellington.  She brought me both.  I couldn’t finish it all, but it certainly was a delicious and memorable meal.

  The menu is available online months before you cruise. Why be confused at the table when you've had months to prepare? One night it's Sante Daniele Prosciutto with melon- order two or three of that appetizer because it only appears once during the cruise BUT remember it is meant to be eaten with the melon together- an important part of that delictable experience. Same with Burrata. The best form of mozzarella that you will taste in your life. It also appears just once early in your cruise so order two or three and pair with a glass of good red wine. The jumbo lump crab cake aboard is a benchmark appetizer that the chefs prepare and it is well worth skipping an entre for- order three or four! On lobster night, look for an option to pair it with rather than just ordering two tails. You will be surprised by what the chefs have conjured up. A cruise ship dining experience does not have to be one appetizer, one entree, one dessert.

  AI voice sucks, can't pronounce words correctly. Get a real person to read your script. It was so irritating that I couldn't finish listening. Won't be recommending your site to anyone or returning to it myself.
