  Schmitt asked if Smith knew that one of his team ran for office touting his prosecution of Trump. The reason former prosecutors are running for office is because of the Republicans letting Trump destroy rule of law, public health, food security, military readiness, and the economy. Senators like Schmitt are the reasons real public servants are running for office.

  Your so wrong . He didn’t do it because he is partisan . He did because he was trying to save USA from this evil monster. His criminality, His inability to tell the truth . His lack of morals . His self interests was all on show before he got elected. He even jumped into the race early because he thought it would stop the investigation. Trump can’t stand to be brought to justice. Justice to Trump is just what ever he wants. That’s why he and his children have stolen billions from the people. I’m a trying desperately to prevent himself from being brought to justice.   Rafael &quot;Ted&quot; Cruz and his entire section was laughable.<br><br>Darlene &quot;Nepo&quot; Graham has absolutely no idea what she&apos;s talking about, and couldn&apos;t deviate from her prepared statement surely written by a staffer with significantly more experience than her. She spent her entire time trying to defend her brother like some school yard child. <br><br>Hawley just likes to hear himself talk. <br><br>This hearing is an embarrassment, of course, and a waste of taxpayer dollars. I am sick of these nonsense hearings.
