    Really informative video Roger. Thank you for producing it. I have never tried pro capture on my olympus em5 mark iii &nbsp;but with 100- 400mm must now have a go.<br>Love your videos

    Great tips thank you , &nbsp; &nbsp; one thing to &nbsp;do which &nbsp;is similar to &nbsp;when animals are stalked , &nbsp;is not to be down wind , so when it comes to &nbsp;butterflies etc &nbsp;be aware of in this case that the &nbsp;direction of the sun &nbsp;doesn&apos;t cast &nbsp;your shadow &nbsp; hope this makes sense

    Excellent Roger, my tripod has been in the garage for as long as I can remember, I think I might just get it out this weekend. &nbsp;<br>As you alluded to you will only get a decent shot if you have a good compositional starting point so patience is key, get the scene right and the results will follow.

    Knapweed is a troublesome invasive exotic here in the Columbia River Gorge in NW US, &nbsp;but I will have to take a break from pulling knapweed &nbsp;and try out your approach to photographing butterflies. Inspiring!
