These early mountain men had one great advantage that most people today do not have. They were healthy because they ate healthy meat and generally ate a carnivore diet - giving them great energy, strength and a sharp mindset. Today most people eat a high carb diet which makes us sluggish, tired, unhealthy, disease prone and weak - carrying lots of extra fat weight on their body.

It’s mind-blowing how frontiersmen faced brutal winters with nothing but grit, instincts, and whatever nature gave them. No GPS, no heated jackets — just raw survival.

To stay warm all you need is several buffalo hides/robes, several other hides for garments, and some hides, fur side in.

59 min in you mentioned axe safety. My lads had an axe since he was 2 years old. He's now 12 and can swing an axe better than most men and fells 60ft trees on his own. Other parents thought I was mad letting a 2 year old have an axe. Axe safety ❤ is what I taught Austin Edward. He inherited his first axe of his great grandfather Edward. I've bought him a new axe every birthday and farther Christmas brought him an axe 🪓 ❤❤ ❤ every Christmas..
I'm very proud now of my judgement and time taken when watching my child use an ancient essential tool with ease better than 90% of modern so called men . He can fell a tree. Chop logs.wittle awalking stick. Shave dry tinder etc. He ain't that bad at axe throwing either ❤💪
