  The patch that cut Nier&apos;s legs off also specifically mentioning that they lowered her &apos;Ease of Use&apos; rating on the character select screen to 1 star &nbsp;is maybe the funniest patch note I&apos;ve ever seen for a fighting game.

  One i heard of was Scorpion in Injustice 1, who apparently went from top 3 to bottom 3 in one patch

  The thing that always frustrates me about the Sean nerf is that it didn&apos;t even succeed in making him the sandbag option. &nbsp;When someone wants to hold back in Third Strike, the character they always go to is Twelve who manages to be even worse than a gutted Sean. &nbsp;The boy was massacred for nothing.

  Nier got her legs blown off, it&apos;s insane. It&apos;s interesting how volatile puppet character balancing can be, since it&apos;s innately trying to balance a 2v1 situation. Easily, you can either you get the Devo sandwich, or you can get whatever bag lunch Nier ended up being, feels like.

  I saw the title and immediately thought of Kirby in smash bros, who has never been in even the top half of characters ever since being 2nd in the first game, including being the worst for a while in the very next game
