  This game has some of the best built lore I've seen. As much as I hate cliffhangers it's was an amazing game. The only thing that irritated me the most was that you spend the entire game crossing the country to find the keys to open the "secret" entrance to the eye only to find out that OMSIF has been there for long  enough to stack the place with enough supplies for a small army. WTF man.

  In the library on the computer They talk about aliens coming down and manipulating people Putting something in the water making them fight each other taking away their emotions. I wonder if there's any truth in that. Because that guy who talks to remy the whole time he looks like an alien.

  This game is in my top 10 when it comes to lore and world building, it makes me sad that not a lot talk about it

  I have a feeling that Dr. Mabden will play a big role if we get a sequel. He's the only big threat introduced in this game that was able to slip away unharmed and knows a lot about how to weaponize the lymbic entities. Great breakdown here. This game was impressive in its atmosphere and lore building and was an absolute joy to play.

  There is some level of irony here, the order of the eye fearing that outside forces will unleash an emotional hell all over the world trusted the zeal counsel, an OUTSIDE FORCE that eventually tries to use the eye to unleash an emotional hell on all of hedia and most likely all over the world if not stop. It's like poetry.

  Also this game is gut wrenching….its all in the title too. One sick scene after another…so poignant and important though. This game is on another level when it comes to storytelling. I was blown away by this underrated, underplayed masterpiece.

I just realized the story is a nod to the old anime show Rémi. <br>Context: this game was developed in Québec, and the Xennials and Millennials here grew up watching this show about an orphan named Rémi who is looking for his parents and he’s accompanied by a father figure named Vitalis!
