  I kind of think an idea of figuring out the cycle for volcanic eruptions of death mountain could be a really cool idea either it being active currently erupting or dormant.

  The deku sprout is literally the deku tree. When a tree dies it often still has healthy roots that throw up a new tree in place of the dead one. It's basically the same tree still

  I love this theory but there is one thing that I must point out in the shot where it zooms out death mountain looks really big or close my leading theory is that death mountain eroded over time but idk a lot about rocks so if someone has a better explanation do tell

  OoT Deku Tree may have planted the Sprout himself, phoenix style, especially given proximity.<br>The Wind Waker method of spreading seeds likely wasn&apos;t even a thing then because the Lost Woods was its own proper domain, as opposed to WW being an ocean, <i>requiring</i> far flying tree people forms to help. And given the <i>lost</i> aspect of the Lost Woods in BotW 1 and 2, that need probably remained in some way, albeit streamlined to the koroks themselves rather than seeds.<br>(Though I personally think they just forgot the Koroks only existed <i>because ocean</i> and not anything else and just retooled it.)<br><br>Of course, now I want a Zelda where the trees take over the land. All will be lost(woods).

  From my research I have reason to believe Great Deku Trees are the result of Deku Seeds/Nuts planted over Great Fairy Fountains, Which as we&apos;ve noticed the great fairies will migrate according to conditions with the areas they leave being endowed with a remnant of their magic. It also seems that Fairies would have a synergy with Forest Groves and grottos. I support the general premise but I don&apos;t think Calamo was Great Deku Tree from Hero of Time era mainly due to lack of proximity to the Faron Region. From the records I can surface many are overlooking Deya Ruins as most do not understand the layered significance of vital narrative happenings in the proximity of this location that establish prominence in this disregarded place. I&apos;ll share some clues. Memory from BOTW, Old Fishing Village with long history with proximity to lake hylia, temple ruins, and vast underground network. The suffix Baumer and the layered naming that holds even through localization. There&apos;s so much more but then you wouldn&apos;t have any fun.<br><br>Edit: May the Light of Blessing grant you strength.😇

  1st of all, great job. You did some pretty deep cut research. I never even considered that with the deku scrubs.<br><br>However, there are a few details I have to point out. 1, it has been recently shown on the official timeline website that the kingdom we see founded and fought over in age of imprisonment is a SECOND foundation. The wild era is what&apos;s referred to as a &quot;shared epilogue&quot; and is shows by the fact you have to scroll down all three timelines to get to the wild era and the line separating the timeline from the wild games. If you look past that line there is another place noted &quot;foundation of Hyrule&quot; in the wild era all the way at the bottom while the one after Skyward Sword is at the top of the timeline above Minish Cap. Zeltik has a great video on his channel about it that goes much more in-depth and even shows the website. It&apos;s his &quot;the timeline has changed&quot; video.<br><br>And 2, the Koroks came from the Kokiri. Not the other way around. It is stated in Wind Waker that the Kokiri became the Koroks to survive the flood. Mekar&apos;s ancestor, Fado the sage of Wind, is a Kokiri. Maybe the Koroks are the ones that started the forest expansion thing at the Deku Tree&apos;s request because they can fly in the breeze while the Kokiri were not shown to be able to do that.<br><br>I hope this is constructive and you keep up the great work.
