The Jarls sit warm and cozy in their longhouses while their people work themselves to the bone and struggle to eat come winter. It's time for the common people to rise up and take back what is rightfully theirs, establishing a newer, fairer society. With the mod Conquest of Skyrim, we're staging a full labor-class revolution spanning the entire province of Skyrim, with all 9 of its holds. Playing as a former Whiterun city guard, we'll rally our comrades of this oppressed land and raise mighty armies, clashing against both Imperials and Stormcloaks alike to reclaim the land. Out with the jarls, in with a newer, more equal society, with collective wealth redistribution and a new communist regime to support the proletariat. Conquest introduces an entire army and city management system, so we not only can fight massive battles against our adversaries, but also rule and manage the cities that we conquer. We can pass laws, arrest NPC's (including Tullius and Ulfric Stormcloak), sentence our prisoners to be executed or set them free. We can manage our economy and cities' infrastructure, set the tax policy, and send our troops to handle citizen petitions, like killing threats to public safety. In the final stage of this mod, you can even become high king of Skyrim. But in a revolution meant to restore power to the people, will we betray that cause and amass the real power for ourselves?
