Digestion problems since 1992 when I was 9, after I caught chicken pox from my oldest sister who got it from her Russian classmate!

My paternal grandmother got it from her father and so did I although both of us don't have the official diagnoses.

One daily capsule of Cascara Sagrada at dinner time solves my severe constopation problem in PD.

A simple trick that makes the stool come out easily is to lubricate the passage with a soaped finger or KY gel

Also people with cerebral palsy are the same problems . I know about this. I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY

I have Parkinson's disease and the video really helps me understand this disease. I am not so frighted now. I had 2 siblings that also had it.
