  Wow, it would be so great to see the Aces play, and that view was fantastic. Copper Sun looks super delish and a great place for dinner. I hope this sleep paralysis episode was the grand finale for you and will never return again. Such a fabulous week. Great job Norma!

  Sadly yes I suffer from sleep paralysis/night terrors since childhood. There was a documentary on it years ago on Netflix, but not sure if it’s still up. It’s a very scary feeling and almost feels like an entity or other presence is in the room. And it is a random infrequent occurrence. Wishing you grace through the sleep but enjoy Vegas!

  Thanks for sharing Norma.<br>Love all your foodie trips and adventures. &nbsp;<br>I&apos;ve had sleep paralysis twice in my life. &nbsp;I thought it was a dream the first time but when it happened again, it was not a dream. &nbsp;It felt other worldly to me. &nbsp;It&apos;s been years since I&apos;ve had it.

  I&apos;ve never experienced sleep paralysis, but I&apos;ve read about it &amp; seen some videos on the subject. From what I understand, it can also evoke vivid dream experiences. That sounds terrifying! I am sorry this happens to you, Norma. I hope there is a resolution &amp; you find relief soon! Take care.   I have had that about 7 times. It&apos;s horrible and scary ! I hope I and everyone else never has to go through it ever again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Sleep paralysis happens to a lot of people. It’s the state between being awake and a sleep.

  Yes! &nbsp;it happened often for me when I was in my mid to late 30&apos;s. &nbsp; &nbsp;2 different versions. &nbsp; 1 was complete paralysis. &nbsp;Im awake staring at my room. &nbsp;Laying face up on my back. &nbsp;But cannot move a single muscle nor say or make a single sound. &nbsp; Yes i wanted to scream. &nbsp;Mentally i&apos;m telling myself to &quot;Wake up!!!!&quot; &nbsp;but can&apos;t. &nbsp; &nbsp;The 2nd one was again awake, but seemingly I&apos;m able to have an outer body experience were my being can leave my physical body and I can &quot;float&quot; or navigate around my apartment. &nbsp;controlling my movements with my mind. (e.g. turn left, turn right, go into this room or that room) &nbsp;but i&apos;m aware my physical body is still laying in bed. &nbsp; It was really weird. &nbsp; &nbsp; From what i&apos;ve read &nbsp;The sleep paralysis occurs because your mind is still in the REM of sleep. &nbsp;The deepest sleep where you&apos;re full on dreaming. &nbsp;However your eyes opened so your stuck in both conditions. &nbsp;Thats why you can&apos;t move.

  Had it last night, and first time I encountered the &apos;demon&apos; &nbsp;(normally I just see family or random people). I am always lying on my back if it happens which isn&apos;t my sleeping position. I put it down to my airway being blocked and my body trying to wake me up (I can always here my rapid breathing). Most times I float or fly, I can always see even with my eyes closed, I can float through walls, I almost always get pulled at from 1000 hands, and have tried telepathy. Only last night the demon, like a fast moving black dementor on my bed attacking me. It&apos;s hard to explain to people I can make a decision to look around my room and start floating to the door and through it. Or how I can go from sea level to space instantly at warp speed and all I hear is wooshing noises and see the stars like star trek space warp. The mind is a wonderful thing.
