Some nicely framed shots - thank you for this. The honey coloured stone came out particularly well. You both have a good eye.

Locals would tend to pronounce it as "Gunnerston" rather than "Goo-neston" but either way Goodnestone next Wingham is lovely at any time of the year - as is Wingham itself, fabulous bakers.

My favoured memory of the village was a Sunday walk with the Ramblers one very snowy winter. After lunch in the pub (recommended) we set off down that concrete track where you got the shot of the man in the distance.

A bit further on we climbed a style and one of our members caught his foot as he swung his leg over, flew through the air and lost his false teeth in the snow.

For years after, any walk through the village would cause somebody to say: "Remember that time George lost his false teeth in the snow? He wasn't even drunk!"

Happy Snapping in 2026!

Nothing beats a Photo Walk in an interesting place with someone equally as interested as you. Both Jorja and you got some lovely images. And of course, a tea shop ending is the only way to do it!! Have a great Christmas and I look forward to the next one!

Great video rambling around Goodnestone, the shot of the tree at 3:18 is magical for me 👌🏻 BTW I find the café always excellent (visit regularly).
Compliments of the season to you both. Look forward to the series in 2026.

Lovely, Tudor and Jorja. Great shots, I loved the colours (the difference between the DJI and your photos is always so astonishing - I know where Jorja has got her "eye" from!). You warm my heart together. Thank you for doing this. Have a great Christmas time and yippyaye for going on next year, can't wait to see you both again.
I was having Christmas party on the day you went out so had my fun too (LOL) but I would have preferred to walk with you (just for the hot chocolate of course, hehe).
All the best and have a great time, both/all of you Smiths - HUGS ADG ♥
