  Took 600 years to travel to Andromeda my theory is what if the milky way races after synthesis ending came together with massive advancements to technology was capable of traveling to Andromeda faster than the arks and seeded the angara and made habitable worlds

  Remember Javik did say when the Protheans ruled the galaxy every alien race called themselves Prothean so the Jardaan could be a race under the Protheans rule that just escaped the reapers mass extinction event and went to Andromeda

  I&apos;m going to give a completely unhinged theory here:<br>We know that the Leviathan created the Reapers as a synthetic that would create a galaxy that removes the organo-synthetic wars that inevitably delete their organic thralls. They also have had several hundred million years (afaik) to know this didn&apos;t work. Learning that they can not control systhetics, and knowing that they can enthrall organics, what if they decided to create an organic lifeform? Organics need a system to survive, so this would explain the need to create a system that does large-scale terraforming, like what we see in Andromeda. If the Reapers had introduced a 50,000-year cycle at some point before the Leviathans figured out how to create organic life, then it would also explain why they sent them off to Andromeda to &quot;cultivate&quot; them (for lack of a better word).<br><br>If this happened well before Shepard&apos;s cycle (perhaps a cycle before the Inusannon), then this would also explain the Leviathans&apos; dabbling with a synthesis-like solution as well in a timeline that fits your theory too. We know that the Leviathans do in fact work on several solutions at a time - they worked on the Rachnii, they also were using the artifacts to watch and disrupt Reaper and organic attampts to find them, they wanted to study Shepard because of the fall of Sovereign, the Collectors and the Alpha Relay (and depending on when you do it also that one Reaper on Rannoch).<br><br>At the risk of sounding like I&apos;m high (I swear on Liara I&apos;m not), another unhinged theory unrelated to this is that the Leviathan may also have been behind the Raloi sabotaging their entire space program. We don&apos;t knwo if this worked, but if it did and Shepard fails (which happens in the reject ending), then the Leviathan would have a space-faring race with the knowlge of the Reapers and Mass Effect Theory (which is what I&apos;m calling the concept of usnig Mass Effect fields and generators for FTL travel and artificial gravity on moons) at the start of a new cycle, a headstart they have never had on the Reapers. Given the Reapers leave only one vanguard to scout organic life like Sovereign did in Shepard&apos;s cycle, they would, in turn, not easily be found, given the oddness and unlikelyness of the move. This would, however, be inconsistent with how Jack Harper first encountered Reaper tech, although this can be worked around

  I would point out that the Protheans did have very advanced tech.<br>1. The Protheans had the technology to trigger a star to enter its supernova phase <br>2. The Protheans had several Planetary Particle Acclerators.<br>3. The Protheans were genetically enhancing the Asari&apos;s biotic capabilities that weren&apos;t as a result of natural evolution.<br>4. Places like Feros were an Ecumonplus, with several hundred meter buildings dotting the surfaces.<br><br>I also think that the Leviathans are being ignored. We know they created the most advanced Synthetic race in all of Mass Effect. We know they influenced the Rachni, and have the ability to control synthetic hybrids such as the Reaper forces. It&apos;s a stretch but it&apos;s highly likely that the Leviathans are having a power struggle to see who will be the Apex predator again. After creating their own armies, and including galactic events, it&apos;s very likely that the Jardaan are just another thrall race that the Leviathans have either creates, or have taken control of.
