  Back when I was church going, it was common to sit through a sermon by some middle-aged pastor talking about what a horrible person he was in his younger years and how much his wife had to put up with until God "changed him".

THAT IS NOT A &apos;sacrifice&apos;. That&apos;s something he&apos;d have to do anyways is he were a bachelor. Everything a woman does, inside the home, in the workplace, in the community, for all members of the household, even the very act of childbirth and breastfeeding - THOSE ARE SACRIFICES!

  I had 2 TIA (mini stroke) before I was 30. Mysterious illnesses and everything. Toxic family and (ex) man made me sick. On purpose. GET OUT. including leaving toxic family who will enable anybody helping them hurt you.

  My son’s dad accused me of thinking I was better than him because I went back to school. I remember being shocked when he said,”it’s nothing, but community college”.😮He deliberately wouldn’t show up to pick our son up whenever I had class. After the first time I let my brothers move in. I transferred to a four year and graduated with honors. It was extremely hard. When the world calms down I want to return to get my Masters degree. 🙏🏽🖤

  DECENTERING men is not hatred. It’s awakening.<br><br>Across cultures, women are conditioned from birth to center men so completely that self-abandonment becomes normalized and suffering becomes proof of love.<br><br>Different cultures. Same programming.<br><br>Decentering men is returning to your authentic self, your inherent worth, and the reality of who you were before the conditioning.

  I’ve been 4B for the past 8 years. Since then, I’m peaceful, got a full head of hair, well rested, moisturized, got in shape, house is spotless, traveling, living my best life! 4B for life!
