  Having seen your comments, I&apos;ve reconsidered my attitude at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP-P-Tf0ebI&amp;t=840">14:00</a>, as many of you have brought up &quot;Callander = calendar&quot; and Karen and Charles&apos; names DO have deep meaning. My reaction then was to a cleverly worded insult from an outlier comment. It got to me.<br><br>You&apos;ve reminded me, I DO want that reputation, to see meaning in anything. If nothing else, it makes for better videos, but it&apos;s a value I want to uphold in the real world:<br><br>&quot;This all means something.&quot; No better way to illustrate that than to apply that principle for our entertainment. <br><br>So, I shall squash that fear of ridicule and &quot;over-analyze&quot; as best I can, within reason. Better to overreach and say something slightly off than to underreach and miss out on what was right there.<br><br>Bless you guys, and thank you for the encouragement.<br><br>Edit: Also I changed the title to something less dismissively easy to answer.

  I like how when Lenny &quot;speaks ill of the dead,&quot; Sean doesn&apos;t even try to refute the point, he just says the line about not speaking ill of the dead. Its kinda like, &quot;I know it&apos;s true, you know it&apos;s true, and everyone else knows it&apos;s true, but we still shouldn&apos;t say it out loud.&quot;

  Jenny is included in the book because it brings focus to the tragedy of her death and how everything is so different after blackwater. She&apos;s a narrative tool to set the tone, &nbsp;she wasn&apos;t an outlaw who accepted the risk she was just a young girl who was killed

  I genuinely can&apos;t wait to hear you talk at length about Kieran Duffy. There is so much to his character and backstory and unused voicelines that go unexplored and you go so in-depth into these characters that I&apos;ve come to believe you&apos;re the only one who could do that justice.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP-P-Tf0ebI&amp;t=860">14:20</a> Charles Smith is actually the name of an old west gunslinger who rode with Wyatt Earp after the killing of Virgil and MORGAN Earp, to get revenge for their murders. Not necessarily a deep reference, but i believe he was named that way because he rides with John Marston in his revenge and redemption in the epilogue, to avenge Arthur MORGAN.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP-P-Tf0ebI&amp;t=149">2:29</a> I think Uncle serves an actual purpose beyond being Dutch&apos;s friend. Not only is he a last line of defence (he can still fight well), but he&apos;s also moral support. He&apos;s lazy but friendly and wise, and he&apos;s living proof that you don&apos;t <i>have</i> to die young in this dangerous lifestyle.

  Fun fact, theres actually a 4th dead gang member, but hes never named. In a companion activity with Tilly in Chapter 3, Arthur mentions a man who was a traitor, and was shot dead in the middle of camp.<br><br>Edit: It was a man

  This could be way over-reaching, but I always thought it interesting that Arthur&apos;s last name is also the name of the least effective horse in the game. The Morgan. A horse does its best to keep pushing and keep going in order to help the person who keeps pushing it along, a symbiotic relationship where the rider and the horse both love each other, but when the horse can push no more, it will buck its owner off, tired. Arthur is being pushed by Dutch to stick to his plan, but loses his faith, health, and life in the process. If he kept on believing Dutch, or, as a horse, kept on riding, he could&apos;ve ended up in a place that was way worse than where he ended up collapsing.<br><br>it&apos;s like 2am and to me this &nbsp;is the smartest i&apos;ve ever been

  Given how uncomfortable the other women in the gang feel around Micah, there’s a popular theory that Micah forced himself onto Jenny. While it’s never confirmed and aside from Micah claiming to have laid with her, never really presented as a possibility, given how awful Micah already is and how far he’s been shown to go already, I don’t think it’s out of the question. And if Jenny was indeed shot while fleeing Blackwater, part of me wonders if Micah, opportunistic rat that he is, was the one to do so. <br><br>It’s only a theory, and honestly, I’ll admit, a stretch. But how fitting would it be if the personification of hope and a future in Jenny was killed by Micah, the same way he figuratively kills the gang’s hope and future in game?

  I&apos;m guessing Mac and Davey acted more historically accurate when it came to race relations back then cause Lenny and Charles seems like the only two in the gang who had a real problem with them.
