  The thing I love about the story modes is that Nintendo didn&apos;t have to do this, yet they did.<br><br>Splatoon already has some of the most style in the entire shooter genre, but the lore, the likeable characters, the great level design, the fact that it mainly has a female cast, the very unique and great sounding music, and more, it makes this already unique world even better

  I don&apos;t think it can be understated how good a campaign Octo Expansion is. I recently replayed through most of it and the sheer variety in level design and difficulty is astounding, to the point where I, as someone who has put over 1,000 hours in Splatoon 3, <b>still</b> had some trouble on Righteous Rails Station with the bamboozler.

  I think the thing I love about splatoon is the lore and the implications. <br><br>As an adult splatoon is really dark when you breakdown the morality

  Did you beat Inner agent 3 in Octo Expansion? It’s the most difficult fight in all of the story modes imo but it is a good challenge.

  I personally appreciate that Splatoon 3 reuses some of octo expansions ideas without changing them too much. It lets people who weren’t able to experience octo expansion themselves (be it cause they couldn’t afford it or because they didn’t play Splatoon 2) a taste of it while giving players who did experience it a nice taste of the past. It a very good case of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I feel like if they tried to do TOO much with those levels with some people not even being used to the levels that set up the system that it honestly could’ve gotten a little overwhelming to people who aren’t yet used to Splatoon.

  Jeez, watching this made me realize how much I miss playing Splatoon. Especially back on the Wii U. Those days felt special to me. I admittedly haven&apos;t did much of the solo campaign on any of them. Though that&apos;s mostly because I barely had time to go through them myself and the multiplayer was more of my style.<br>These days I&apos;m kinda opening up more to the idea of solo Splatoon since Raiders is looking really interesting to me and I&apos;m more inclined to get it (though Salmon Run probably does have a big part of why I&apos;m interested in it). Watching this video really does make me wish I did these campaigns because they look so cool in every way possible.

  As someone who missed out on all splatoon games previously since I assumed they were just multiplayer games, this video made me realize how much I&apos;ve been missing out on. Fantastic video!

  I do find the evolution of the terms of Roguelike and Roguelite to be interesting because Roguelike was used for games like Rogue (a top down permadeath dungeon crawler rpg) where Roguelite was used for games that weren&apos;t fully that like changing the genre (for example Spelunky changed the top down dungeon crawler to a 2D platformer). Eventually the latter became so popular that it more or less took the title of Roguelike and then any Roguelike with meta-progression got labeled as a Roguelite.
