No mater where you work, if you see the executives packing and running like the rats they are, you take the hint and get the hell out of Dodge! I might call and warn some people, but I would not waste a lot of time on it. I would tell them and hang up, leave it to them to run with the warning or not, as they chose. This man has nothing to feel guilty about. He did as much as he could and a lot more than a lot of others would have done. And Devin? he does not get an opinion. He showed up, expecting to be taken in, with no supplies and offering nothing. If he gets all morally superior, I would tell him that he got lucky that I warned him at all, and then point out that he showed up with nothing to contribute to the group.

If you believe what you see coming and move to someone's house to shelter, DO NOT go empty handed. Bring supplies because no one is responsible for you, and do not bring a burden to others

Although people say to warn others, you can lose your life trying to save others.

MC did what he could. Survivors guilt is heavy with him. You can’t make people move if they refuse to believe.
