  And for anyone wondering, you get Power Shards, Mercer Spheres, and Somersloops from the AWESOME shop. And the science juice is basically a replacement for Alien DNA.

  Omg I had no idea a mod like this existed... this mod was... made for me. Dealing with sparse nodes and the landscape is my least favorite part of the game. This is perfect. Thank you.

  So for anyone else that might be seeing this and thinking how to make the early game just a little easier. Toss down your portable miners on the resource nodes before you make the actual mining drills that require power. You now have a very easy, and manual way, to get the pieces needed to make more resource patches later.
